Over a year ago, my grandson had the faceplate to his Alpine 7803S stolen from his jacket
at work. He had looked and looked for a replacement but couldn't find one. I got on the
Internet one day and started searching for Alpine and/or faceplate. I ran across Trace
& Debi's and there were Alpines listed....but not one for the 7803S. I shot off an
email anyway and Trace answered right away saying he had one available. Within a short
period of time, my grandson had his faceplate (and a spare chassis to boot!). He is truly

Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I have to admit that I felt like I made a
leap of faith in sending out a check to someone who I had only had communication with via
the internet. Your quick turnaround and frequent communication made me feel confident that
I had made a wise choice. The stereo works wonderfully and I really appreciate you finding
a case for it as well. Living in a big city, car stereos disappear more often than we'd
like, and if any of my friends wind up in a similar situation as I found myself in, I'll
be sure to refer them to you.

I think that you provide a great service on your webpage. When I needed a replacement
faceplate for our Panasonic car stereo, I went to Circuit City. They said a replacement
would be $ 150.00 if they could get it. I found your webpage through a search on
Altavista. You were able to provide me a replacement faceplate for $ 85.00.
