All you have to do is email me with your request. debi@facereplace.com . I deal with everybody one on one. It helps to put the model # in the subject line for quick reference on my end, This way if I don't have what you're looking for right now, you'll be easy to find later on when a new batch of faceplates arrive.
Once you've contacted me, I'll look up what I might have for you, pull it out, inspect it, and get back to you with all the details including any flaws that exist and give you a price that generally includes the shipping cost to most anywhere in the US(Alaska,Hawaii exempt). Ask for a picture if you want to see what it looks like.
From there, if you're committed, I hold the faceplate for you till payment has been secured( for a reasonable amount of time). Once payment is secured, I can ship it to you. I'll let you know when I intend to ship, confirm after I've shipped, and wait for your response to let me know that you received everything ok and that everything works to your satisfaction. If your a happy camper, then I guess were done till the next time I can help you out. If you're not a happy camper then let me know. I'll make it right or refund you. That's a promise!!
All the prices are based on Quality,condition,quantity in stock, how rare it might be, and demand for the item. It's an absolute art to be able to determine the value. Prices are negotiable. If you think my price is out of the park, then tell me and give me an explanation why you feel that way. I may disagree, and if I do, I'll tell you why. Please don't compare my price to something you saw on Ebay. The Price I quote you is usually very fair for the service I provide. Once I know what you're looking for, I can pull it out of the box and evaluate it and get back to you with a price.

allows you to send money to anyone with an email address using your MC or Visa or funding
from your bank account. This service has been awesome. I can ship right away upon

Absolutely!!! You will be refunded for 100% of the item purchased on used equipment if your not 100% satisfied. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after you receive the item unless otherwise specified. I don't refund the shipping charges , that money is already spent, sorry. If there is a problem with the unit, It should show up within the 30 days of use. This guarantee is excellent when dealing with the faceplates because you never know if it's going to work until you actually put the face on the chassis and turn it on. Sometimes, luckily not often, they just don't work, or there is a problem on the chassis side like your CD skips. You still can request a refund. It's not a problem, I'm happy to do it for you. I'm only interested in happy customers and if I can't make you happy, then I don't want your money.
I do guarantee the new stuff too but I have to hit you with a 20% restock charge on refunds because chances are, I had to special order your part and I'm now stuck with it because my vendor will not buy it back from me. I think that's fair.

If I don't have what your looking for at that time, I save my email and if you put the model # of the face you're looking for in the subject line, I can find you easily when I get the new batch of faceplates in. I usually search back at least six months. I may also refer you to someone else who might be able to help you out or tell you where you can buy one new. I'm here to help
I usually ship USPS Priority mail to keep the cost down. I charge a default price $5 to most anywhere in the US. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, that sort of thing. This price covers the shipping, box, packing materials, etc..
Yes I do. Keep me informed of where I might have to ship your unit because sometimes It gets a little complicated trying calculate a price for shipping to other countries on top of customs forms on top of additional taxes . Also be aware of the refund policy. I do not refund the additional taxes you may have to spend accept your package in your country or shipping charges.
How do I know what model # I need ?
You may have to pull out the chassis to get the model #. On all chassis's there will be a sticker with the make & model # . From that point, I can be most helpful.
If you don't have it, Is there an alternative?
Most times yes. There is an alternative faceplate that will fit your chassis. I have made many alternative matches with the faceplates over the years. Often, the manufactures will use the same basic chassis to make several different model # stereos with the difference being features like CD Changer control, remote control, Dolby, that sort of thing. On the alternative faceplates, sometimes there are features you will not be able to use if they are chassis side dependent on that feature.
No. There are two kinds of people that are in this business. I'm the guy with the experience and knowledge of the external side. The internals are a whole different animal. I open them up all the time and swap parts but I am not a professional when it comes to the internals. I have technicians that I can refer you to that are far more experienced than I.
